We do not accept a return unless a prior authorization is provided by us. Please call us to arrange for a return at (408) 955-0905 or email us at [email protected]. Refunds will be made to the original payment form only and will only apply to the products at issue.
The following conditions must be complied with:
- Returned products must be in its original package, undamaged, unopened, unmarked, properly packaged, and in re-saleable condition.
- Valid invoice and a reason for the return must be provided with the return
- Returns must be authorized within fourteen (14) days of receipt of purchase order.
- Shipping charges will apply on all returns unless return is a result of our error (ie received an incorrect or defective item).
- Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee unless return is a result of our error (ie received an incorrect or defective item).
- Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be processed once returned items have been inspected and confirmed, ie confirming lot numbers, REF numbers, and expiration dates.
